Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a team in the manufacturing industry located in Woodbridge, ON.

Position: Accounts Receivable Clerk
Location: Woodbridge, ON
Industry: Manufacturing
Type: 6 month contract

Do you experience handling full-cycle AR and cash applications?
Do you have excellent communication skills?
Are you highly proficient with Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables)?

Responsibilities
-Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, from invoicing to payment collection
-Initiate collection calls and send timely follow-up communications to customers
-Process and apply customer payments accurately; perform account reconciliations

-Investigate and resolve billing issues and customer disputes promptly
-Maintain detailed, accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions
-Prepare AR aging reports and support the month-end closing process

Qualifications
-Minimum 2 years of full cycle AR experience
-Excellent communication skills
-Must be highly proficient with Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP)
