TMF Group is looking for an office administrator to join our Tokyo team

Discover the Role

An Office Administrator is responsible for managing office operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring efficient workflow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage inbound mails, phone call, courier, victors

· Supports day-to-day tasks of the Administration department.

· Assists office staff in maintaining files and databases

· Tracks office supply inventory and approves supply orders

· Assists in the preparation of department budgets and expenses

· Prepares, manages and organizes business/social events for clients, prospects and partners.

· Represents the MD by welcoming visitors, reviewing correspondence; arranging business lunches and dinners, etc.

Maintains MD's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as an office administrator , office assistant or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
  • Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
  • High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
