About this Position

ブランドマネージャーをサポートし、ブランド価値・売上・シェアを拡大するためのブランディング・新製品開発・ロンチ戦略の立案・実施を行う。

What you´ll do

• ブランド中長期戦略の立案
• 新製品・リニューアル等含めた製品戦略の立案・実施
• ブランド・プロジェクトに関する社内プレゼンテーション
• 代理店や小売チェーンへのプレゼンテーション
• 年間予算作成・管理
• 新製品のフォーキャスト作成
• 目標達成のためのKPI設定およびアクションプランの実行
• 業界 : ヘアカラーおよびヘアケア
• 流通 : リテール（ドラッグストア、GMS、バラエティストア）
• レポート : コンシューマーマーケティング ブランドマネージャー
• 関係部署 : 社内（R&D・サプライチェーン・営業企画部・営業部・アジアパシフィック地域マーケティングチームなど）、および社外（エージェンシー、調査会社など）の関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションを取り、積極的にプロジェクトをリードすることが求められる
• 英語でのコミュニケーション必須

What makes you a good fit

• ３年以上の実務経験
• マーケティング関連の業務経験（トレード、営業企画も含む）
• プロジェクトマネージメントの経験
• 英語でのコミュニケーションを含む業務経験
  ※外資系でのマーケティング業務経験/美容業界での実務経験あれば尚可
• Microsoft Offiice パワーポイント、ワード・エクセル等での資料作成・データ分析スキル
• 英語・日本語スキル必須
