Key Qualifications

Essential

• Business-level English and fluent Japanese (verbal and written; TOEIC 700+ or equivalent)
• 10+ years of experience in commercial or related fields
• Proven track record in business development and/or start-up environments

Preferred

• Product knowledge and market understanding related to refrigerant contractors, end users, and/or recovery companies
• Experience in recycling, sustainability, or ESG-related fields
