Job Description

The Clinical Team Lead will oversee and manage the execution of clinical trials within the healthcare department, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and study protocols. This role in the life science industry requires strong organizational skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

職務内容

* Lead the planning, execution, and completion of clinical trials in line with study protocols and timelines.
* Supervise and mentor clinical research staff to ensure high performance and adherence to standards.
* Monitor trial progress and address any challenges to ensure project goals are met.
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on trial progress.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the trial process.
