We are seeking an experienced and strategic Commercial Lines Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of innovative insurance programs within our commercial lines division. This role is highly technical and hands-on, with a focus on product creation, regulatory execution, and market competitiveness. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, enhancement, and implementation of commercial lines insurance products that align with business goals and evolving market demands.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with actuarial, underwriting, compliance, and technology teams to deliver high-performing insurance solutions.
• Conduct detailed competitive analysis, market research, and trend monitoring to inform product strategies.
• Prepare and submit regulatory filings through SERFF and other relevant platforms in compliance with state and industry requirements.
• Monitor product performance and adjust strategies to improve profitability and customer value.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in ISO filings, rules, and forms, integrating this knowledge into product development processes.
• Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely and accurate product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial lines product management within the property & casualty (P&C) insurance sector.
• Strong familiarity with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and filing procedures.
• Proven track record in successfully launching commercial insurance products with measurable business impact.
• Strong data analysis skills; ability to identify actionable trends and insights.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of other Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access).
• Experience managing multiple projects in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry certifications such as CPCU or equivalent.
• Familiarity with IRFS regulatory standards.
• Prior experience with filing processes in multiple states or across diverse commercial products.
