Your Role: Own the Challenge/Take on the Journey

• 
  Lead market intelligence efforts to identify portfolio gaps, emerging opportunities, and competitive positioning.
• 
  Define and manage the offering lifecycle, including development, launch, enhancements, and end-of-life decisions.
• 
  Set and monitor offering performance metrics, pricing strategies, and profitability targets.
• 
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Sales, Operations) to align product development with market needs.
• 
  Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including product launches, communication plans, and channel coordination.
• 
  Ensure compliance with internal standards, regulations, and sustainability goals, including HSE and cybersecurity.
• 
  Drive innovation through customer value analysis, roadmap planning, and support for intellectual property protection.
• 
  Lead business planning, forecast demand, and oversee global pricing, inventory, and sales performance.
