• Minimum three years of experience in the commercial GC space leading jobs as a PM

• Experience with conceptual estimating

• Ground up project knowledge and experience

• Problem-solving and conflict resolution.
\n
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
\n
• Effective verbal and written communication.
\n
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and build consensus.

The company has been in Atlanta for 10 years but has a combined experience of over 100 years in the commercial construction space. In 2024, their annual revenue was around $80M and are at an employee headcount around 50. All work is local to the Atlanta area. They are ranked as fasted growing companies in Atlanta 2 years in a row. They also work on large complex join ventures up to $130M. They have almost a 99% retention rate since starting their firm in 2014.
