Position: Corporate Sales Representative
Overview of Duties:
Sales of in-house developed security products. A key highlight of this role is working directly under the CEO.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead generation (new client acquisition and re-engagement of existing clients)
- Sales activities (proposal, order, contract, implementation, and post-implementation follow-up)
- Negotiation with business partners
- Preparation of proposals and sales materials
- Participation in trade shows and exhibitions
- Creation of sales-related videos

Employment Conditions & Benefits
- Employment Type: Full-time, permanent employee
- Probation Period: 3 months (same conditions as permanent employment)
- Salary: From ¥3.6M annually (negotiable based on experience, skills, performance, and contribution).
- Paid monthly in 1/12 installments.
- Includes 20 hours/month of deemed overtime (¥40,541). Extra hours paid separately.
- Working Hours: 9:00–18:00 (8 hours actual work per day)
- Work Location: Headquarters (2F Daiichi Nomura Building, 3-22-9 Asakusabashi, Taito-ku, Tokyo). No transfers.
- Access: 8 minutes’ walk from JR Sobu Line / Toei Asakusa Line Asakusabashi Station.
- 8 minutes’ walk from Toei Asakusa Line / Toei Oedo Line Kuramae Station.

- 2-day weekends (Sat, Sun, national holidays)
