Job Description

The Cross Functional Business Analyst will play a key role in bridging business needs with IT services, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments. The role involves analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing ITIL/ITSM best practices using ServiceNow (SNOW).

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and workflows.
• Support ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
• Utilize ServiceNow (SNOW) to implement and manage IT service workflows.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure alignment between business and IT teams.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Qualification :

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ITIL/ITSM frameworks and processes.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow (SNOW) platform.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with business process modeling and documentation.
