主な業務内容

プロジェクト推進

• 最新ツールを活用した明確なプロジェクト計画の策定・実行

• チーム間の連携を図り、マイルストーン達成と成果の創出

• リスクや依存関係の管理（必要に応じて上司のサポートあり）

ステークホルダーとの連携

• 日本語・英語での円滑なコミュニケーションを通じて、関係者との信頼関係を構築

• ステータスレポートなどのプロフェッショナルツールを活用し、透明性のある情報共有

カスタマーサクセス

• 顧客導入プロジェクトの管理、主要マイルストーンの計画と標準的な課題の自立的な解決

• Equinix製品の知識を活かし、顧客満足度の向上と中程度のエスカレーション対応

応募資格

Equinixで重要な役割を担う準備ができている、前向きなプロフェッショナルを求めています。

• 成長意欲と行動力 ：プロジェクト管理または顧客対応業務での2年以上の経験。グローバル環境での成長を目指す方

• 語学力 ：英語・日本語ともに流暢（会話・文書）で、グローバルな顧客やチームと円滑に連携できる方

• ITスキル ：MS Word、Excel、Outlookの操作に慣れており、新しいツールやプロセスへの適応力がある方

• 協働力 ：分析力・プレゼン力・対人スキルに優れ、多様なステークホルダーとの信頼関係を築ける方

• 成長志向の資格 ：学士号（または同等の経験）を有する方。プロジェクト管理資格（CAPM、PMPなど）保有者は尚歓迎

• イノベーションマインド ：積極的で柔軟な姿勢を持ち、新しいアイデアを提案し、スピード感ある環境で活躍できる方
