Moosehead Breweries is the last major brewery in Canada still owned by Canadians. Headquartered in Saint John, New Brunswick, the company has been led by the Oland family since 1867.
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team and work in our Moosehead Cold Beer Store in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. We are seeking candidates with flexible availability to work weekend mornings, or evenings (until midnight), and occasional weekday evening shifts; approximately 8-12 hrs/week.
Customer Service Specialists are responsible for educating our customers about beer and our products, serving customers in our retail store and drive thru, and selling Moosehead merchandise. Employee's will receive extensive training on beer styles, the brewing process and Moosehead's history upon hire. Customer Service Specialists ensure our customers have a positive experience while visiting our one-of-a-kind Cold Beer Store Drive-Thru and retail store.
