Randstad Canada is currently hiring a Data Entry Clerk for one of our renowned clients in the document storage field.

Position: Data Entry Clerk
Shift: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Mondays - Fridays
This position pays $15.80 an hour
Location: Moncton, NB

Responsibilities
Transport storage box to workstation – Carry one box at a time from the pallet to the workstation.
Retrieve individual medical files – Pull files from the storage box for review.
Identify required data fields – Examine each file to locate and recognize necessary data elements.
Enter data into client database – Accurately input the identified information into the designated system.
Return files to storage box – Place reviewed files back into the original box after data entry is complete.
Return storage box to pallet – Carry the completed box back to the appropriate position on the pallet

Perform data entry tasks in seated position – Conduct the majority of data entry work while seated.
Perform box transport and handling while standing – Conduct physical movement of boxes

Qualifications
- able to work in a sitting position for the majority of the role
- Must maintain consistent high frequency of keystrokes (10,000 kph)
- Carry cartons ranging in weight from 30-50lbs
- Lift and lower cartons from/to pallet and from/to workstation
