Job Description:
Provide technical support to end-users by responding to inquiries via email, chat, phone, or in person. Assist customers with IT products and services, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and guide users through problem resolution. Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and communicate feedback to internal teams.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to technical inquiries through various channels.
Inform and assist customers regarding IT products and services.
Guide customers step-by-step through troubleshooting processes.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
Follow up to confirm resolution and customer satisfaction.
Relay customer feedback and issues to relevant teams.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
In-depth knowledge of computer systems and experience with hardware/software troubleshooting.
Ability to communicate technical information clearly.
Patient, friendly, and attentive listener.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
