Job Description:

• We are currently seeking a Document Control Manager to build a solid document infrastructure that will support our business growth.
• The candidate will be responsible for building and managing a management system for technical and legal documents for external submission, leading collaboration with the quality management system, and promoting knowledge management across the organization.

Job Qualification:

• Experience in creating and managing technical and legal documents
• Understanding Public Works Response
• Experience in operating document management systems

Preferred Skills

• Experience in supporting ISO certification
• 3+ years of experience in QMS (ISO9000, etc.)
• Practical experience in document disclosure and coordination in public works
• Risk Management Knowledge
• Document audit and corrective action track record

Japanese Language Skills : Native level Japanese and English not required
