Expected scope in SCTM

Manage multiple Projects from RFQ to Delivery understanding the customer expectation/Standards
Should be able to drive Product development process (Design , Development, Validation & Launch) of Electrical/sub-systems
Interface with customers and teams to understand project requirements and challenges and accordingly guide the team and delivery leaders for creation of execution plans / delivery strategies for success of the project
・ Business input / output management (including transfer Model and deliverables)

• Communication and control:Lead & Manage the offshore & cross functional coordination at Customer Location (Project Management)
• Development lead:Leading the development process and guiding the offshore teams
• Delivery time adjustment:Guiding the teams as per project milestones ad responsible for critical reviews of offshore deliverables
• Roles & Responsibility
  ・Support technical design reviews, business proposal for new programs
  ・Responsible for deliverables with quality aligned with customer
  ・Should be capable of understanding system requirements, define the SW architecture and derive 　software requirements & design
  ・Exposure to System specification definition considering functional safety and cyber security
  ・Should be able to lead/coordinate Circuit design and analysis, Load calculation, Power 　andgrounding strategy, etc.
  ・Proactively identify project risks and take appropriate actions to mitigate

Employment Type

• Position Type: Managerial position (exempt from working hour regulations under Article 41 of the Labor Standards Act)
• Contract Type: Fixed-term employment (6-month contract)

Note: Conversion to permanent employment may be possible based on performance and mutual agreement. Details will be discussed during the selection process.

Annual Salary
¥7.2M – ¥9.6M (based on experience, skills, and previous salary)
Monthly Salary: From ¥600,000 (including base salary)
Bonuses/Incentives: None
Salary Review: Once annually (during contract renewal)

Note: The annual salary is a guideline and may vary depending on the outcome of the selection process.

Work Location

• Location : Ōbu City, Aichi Prefecture

Note: Due to the confidentiality agreement with our client, the exact location cannot be disclosed at this stage. It will be shared during the interview process and finalized in the offer letter.

• Work Location Flexibility : May be subject to change as determined by the company
• Smoking Policy : Principle no-smoking policy in the workplace (designated smoking areas available)

Holidays & Leave

• Annual Holidays : 126 days
• Days Off : Full five-day work week (Saturday and Sunday off)
• Other Leave : Summer vacation, year-end and New Year holidays, parental leave, caregiving leave, special leave
• Paid Leave : Minimum of 10 days granted after 7 months of employment

スキル・資格

Required skill and experience

• 15+ yrs experience in Automotive OEM / Tier-1
• 7+ yrs experience in Project Management/Offshore experience
• Lead and Own Quality of delivery of all E2E development projects, within the person’s portfolio, in terms of cost, schedule, delivery & customer satisfaction
• Should have knowledge on System Design Specification, Vehicle level test specification, Validation plan (DVP&R)
• Should have sound knowledge on functional safety architecture requirements
• Should have sound knowledge software and communication architectural requirements.
• Should have excellent knowledge on Automotive standards and regulations
• Strong technical knowledge in Design and Manufacturing Processes
• Should be aware of Project Managements Processes and tools
• Engineering Degree with Mecahnical/Electrical background would be added advantage
• Should have experience on DFMEA/PFMEA
