The Japan subsidiary is known for its collaborative culture and commitment to employee growth.■Role & ResponsibilitiesAs the Facility Manager, you will be the key individual responsible for the seamless operation and security of our client's facilities in Japan. You will ensure a safe, efficient, and productive work environment for all employees. 求められる経験
■Requirements
・10+ years of experience in facility management, ideally within a multinational corporation.
・Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
・Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
・Business-level fluency in Japanese and English.
