Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage overflow and new cases from start to finish, including court appearances, mediations, and more
• Work independently with experienced paralegal, taking the lead on cases with minimal supervision
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of work, maintaining high standards of quality
• Conduct weekly virtual meetings with Philip and paralegal to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment among the team
• Participate in monthly team lunches to foster strong connections and open lines of communication

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Family Law Attorney, specializing in domestic relations
• First chair trial experience required
• Ability to work independently and handle cases autonomously
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
