Farm Hand

The Fall Line is a premier private destination golf and sporting club located in Southwest Georgia. Our club offers state-of-the-art facilities, including two Ogilvy, Cocking & Mead–designed 18-hole golf courses, a 9-hole short course, and world-class facilities for shooting, hunting, and angling. In addition to our outstanding outdoor offerings, we pride ourselves on exceptional hospitality, with multiple dining and lodging options, all enhanced by our 25-acre farm that is the centerpiece of our 4,500-acre property.

The Fall Line is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Farm Hand to support the day-to-day operations of our 25-acre farm. This role is essential in maintaining the farm’s productivity, ensuring high-quality produce for our culinary program, and supporting the overall member experience. The ideal candidate is dependable, comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, and eager to contribute to a team that values excellence and sustainability.

• Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.

• Maintain irrigation systems, reset lines, and monitor water usage.

• Support livestock care (if applicable) including feeding, watering, and stall/barn upkeep.

• Operate and maintain farm equipment, tools, and machinery safely.

• Perform weeding, mulching, pruning, and general crop maintenance.

• Monitor crop health, identify issues, and report concerns to the Farm Manager.

• Assist with composting, soil preparation, and other sustainable farming practices.

• Support farm-to-table integration by ensuring produce is harvested and delivered to the culinary team on time.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of farm work areas, storage sheds, and equipment.

• Follow safety protocols and adhere to all Club policies and procedures.

• Previous farm or agricultural experience preferred but not required; training provided.

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.

• Basic mechanical aptitude for using hand tools and small equipment.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.

• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.

• Understanding there will be peak season where overtime and weekends are mandatory.

• Willing to work cross functionally
