To achieve this, we are looking for teachers who share our vision and can inspire students to learn with excitement.

Our unique approach integrates English learning with Math and Science, using fun, hands-on experiments and interactive activities to keep children engaged. In addition, we teach core English skills such as phonics, reading, writing, and conversation.

• Class sizes: Small group classes (1-6 students) and private lessons tailored to individual needs (Eiken, TOEFL, SSAT/SAT, Math, etc.).
• Age range: Pre-Kinder to Junior High School, with a focus on lower elementary grades.
• External locations: We also provide lessons at three partner locations, including a corporate partner, where class sizes typically range around 15 students per class.

📍  Location
Nishi-Azabu (Roppongi area), Minato-ku, Tokyo

⏰  Working Hours

• Weekdays: 10:15 AM - 7:15 PM
• Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• 5 working days per week

📅  Lesson Schedule

• Weekdays: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM
• Saturdays: 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons (including hands-on science experiments)
• Prepare materials for class activities
• Create a fun and supportive learning environment
• Teach Science, Math, and English lessons
• Track and record students' progress
• Communicate with parents regarding student performance
• Plan and conduct seasonal programs

Compensation & Benefits
💰 Salary: ¥230,000 - ¥250,000 + transportation (negotiable based on experience and expertise)
💰 Position Allowance available for Supervisor role
