We’re seeking a Graphic Design & Production Specialist with proven expertise in graphic design, production, and digital content creation. This is a hands-on role—full-time in-office position. You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality marketing materials that directly support leasing, sales, and guest engagement across our properties. From signage and print campaigns to digital ads and social content, you’ll carry projects from concept through production with technical precision and creative flair.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Production

  • Design and produce visual assets for both print and digital platforms, including ads, brochures,
  • property signage, presentations, event materials, social graphics, and websites.
  • Prepare press-ready and production-ready files with accurate sizing, color, bleeds, and specs.
  • Design and manage signage and wayfinding projects—from initial layouts to vendor quotes, proofs, and final installation.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity across all properties and campaigns.

Digital Design & Marketing Support

  • Create engaging digital assets for email campaigns, Meta Ads, Google Ads, websites, social
  • platforms and other communications media.
  • Maintain property websites using CMS tools, ensuring content and design are fresh, responsive, and user-friendly.
  • Support digital content creation by providing creative direction for photography and short-form video editing and social media-ready visuals.

Project Coordination

  • Collaborate directly with internal teams and leadership to align design projects with business and revenue objectives.
  • Manage production schedules, quotes, and vendor relationships to deliver projects on time and on budget.
  • Track and report on creative performance, refining design strategies for greater impact.

  • Qualifications
  • 3+ years of hands-on graphic design and production experience (agency, in-house, or freelance).
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) required. Experience with other common design tools for layouts, web graphics, motion/video, or online collaboration (such as Figma, Adobe XD, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or WordPress) is a big plus.
  • Knowledge of prepress and print production processes with proven ability to prepare production files for print, digital and signage.
  • Strong design eye and attention to detail with technical accuracy in layouts, typography, and branding.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, email marketing tools, and digital ad platforms (Meta, Google).
  • Experience in property management, hospitality, or real estate marketing is highly preferred.
  • Photography, video editing, or motion graphics skills are an asset.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, with clear communication skills and a solutions-driven mindset.
