We are currently looking for a full-time Heavy Equipment Technician (Service Truck) to join our Service team.
As the Heavy Equipment Technician (Service Truck), you are responsible for:

• Driving Rentco’s service truck to customer locations for diagnosing and repairs
• Troubleshooting and completing diagnostic repairs
• Completing the installation of new and added on equipment
• Cleaning, lubricating, and other maintenance work
• Ordering replacement equipment, parts, and supplies
• Maintaining a working knowledge of changes in technology and repair techniques

You have the following skills and education:

• Heavy Equipment Technician- registered 3 rd year apprentice to Red Seal Journeyman
• Previous service truck experience
• Class 5 drivers’ licence with a clean abstract and the ability to travel to off-site locations
• First aid, H2S, Hours of Service tickets would be an asset
• Ability to be flexible and to work well under pressure
• Ability to lift objects over 50 lbs.
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions while wearing proper PPE
