Job Summary: We are looking for some of the most caring, compassionate, experienced Caregivers that Collier and Lee County has to offer. Candidates must be flexible with their schedules and have a willingness and eagerness to work. Candidates must have more than 2 years of experience in Private duty, facilities, or hospital settings. You must have a valid drivers license and also have a working vehicle for transportation to and from the client's home. With a commitment to focus on timeliness, responsiveness, and consistent delivery, we have earned a stellar reputation for exceeding expectationsHome Health Aid Compensation and Benefits:Flexible Working HoursHealth InsurancePTO & Sick LeaveBonuses Home Health Aid Responsibilities:Help clients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing and other daily tasksPerform basic health care services for clients including checking vital signs or administering prescription medicationHelp with general light housekeeping, including cooking mealsMake transportation arrangements or provide transportation for clients as neededCollect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses, doctors and family membersObserve and report on each client's conditionStay up-to-date with home health aide training, policies and proceduresHome Health Aid Requirements:Previous experience as a home health aide preferred but not requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAccess to reliable transportationCurrent CPR (American Heart Association) CertificationMust be able to pass a criminal background check and provide referencesAbility to think and work both independently and with directionMust have exceptional personal hygieneMust be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside mannerKnowledge of basic housekeepingWe are looking for caregivers who are available Monday through Friday as well as on the weekends when needed. Must have:CPR certification, Level 2 ACHA fingerprints, TB skin test or TB gold test if tested positive for any reason.
