We are currently seeking an HR Advisor to join our diverse and dynamic team. As an HR Advisor at ICON, you will provide critical support across HR functions, offering guidance and expertise to employees and managers on a range of HR matters. Your role will be instrumental in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment while ensuring compliance with HR policies and practices.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Providing day-to-day HR support and advice to employees and managers on topics such as employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to support organizational goals.
• Collaborating with HR and cross-functional teams on projects related to employee engagement, retention, and talent development.
• Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a positive experience for new hires.
• Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• HR Advisor として、社内の従業員に対して HR 関連のサポート業務を提供する役割をご当いただきます。 HR 関連業務のスキルアップだけでなく英語も活かしてご活躍いただける環境です。
• 国内の従業員からHR関連の問い合わせに対して、あらかじめ決まっているタイムラインに従って回答・解決する。
• 採・異動・休職・退職に関する人事サポートプロセス全般
• 日本固有の人事関連業務（勤怠システム・社会保険労務）など
• 社内人事ポリシー、人事システム（HR Case Management Tool / Workday）の周知とガイダンスの提供
• Country HR マネージャーへのサポート・情報共有。ケースに応じ適切に Country HR マネージャーへエスカレーションをう。
• 日々の業務内容の改善と標準化を促進し、よりよいソリューションの作成に貢献すること。
• 年次行政報告（健康診断及びストレスチェック報告、障害者雇用納付金申請、障害者高齢者・障碍者雇用状況報告, 特定求職者雇用開発助成金申請など）
• 外部協力会社及び行政機関との円滑なコミュニケーション及び業務連携　

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in an HR role, with knowledge of employee relations, HR policies, and employment law.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and empathetic support to employees.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A proactive and solutions-oriented approach, with a commitment to continuous improvement in HR practices.
• 日本国内で人事として就業経験を2年以上積んでいること 　
• PC スキル Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT の基本的操作ができること
• ビジネスレベルの日本語読み書きスピーキング・コミュニケーションが図れる英語力（レポートラインはEnglish Speakerです）
