Title: Real Estate Sales Manager (Tokyo)

Location: Tokyo

Salary: US$8,000-$10,000 (basic) + commission

Purpose Statement

Our client, a Cambodian real estate development company, is seeking a Sales Manager to establish and run their representative sales office in Tokyo. The primary objective is to sell Cambodian real estate to investors based in Tokyo.

This role involves building the business in Tokyo, including setting up the office, hiring the sales team, and cultivating local investors/buyers.

The Sales Manager can manage operations from Tokyo, with visits to Cambodia as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the sales office in Tokyo.
• Develop sales channels and a network of distributors in Tokyo.
• Hire, train, and manage the local office team.
• Create and execute the office work plan.
• Research the local market and provide feedback.
• Build strong relationships with sales agencies.
• Train agency staff to increase sales efficiency.
• Negotiate and sign contracts with distributors.
• Maintain organized records of all clients and distributors.
• Ensure the team meets its real estate sales targets.

Job Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in real estate channels.
• Excellent at developing and managing sales channels and agents.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good team management skills.
• Professional fluency in English is required.
• Good investor network is a plus

当社のクライアントであるカンボジアの不動産開発会社は、東京に代表販売オフィスを設立し、運営するセールスマネージャーを募集しています。東京を拠点とする投資家に対し、カンボジアの不動産販売を促進することが主な目的です。

このポジションは、東京での事業構築、具体的にはオフィスの設立、営業チームの採用、および現地の投資家/購入者の開拓を含みます。

セールスマネージャーは、必要に応じてカンボジアへの出張を伴い、東京で業務を遂行します。

主な職務内容

• 東京の販売オフィスを管理します。
• 東京における販売チャネルおよび流通ネットワークを開発します。
• 現地オフィスチームの採用、トレーニング、および管理を行います。
• オフィスの作業計画を作成し、実行します。
• 現地市場を調査し、フィードバックを提供します。
• 販売代理店との良好な関係を構築します。
• 販売効率を高めるため、代理店スタッフをトレーニングします。
• 流通業者との契約交渉および締結を行います。
• すべての顧客および流通業者の記録を整理して保持します。
• チームが不動産販売目標を達成していることを確認します。

応募資格

• 実務経験5年以上。
• 不動産チャネルにおける3年以上の経験。
• 販売チャネルおよび代理店の開発・管理能力に優れている方。
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力と交渉能力。
• 良好なチームマネジメントスキル。
• ビジネスレベルの英語力は必須です。
• 日本語でのプロフェッショナルなコミュニケーション能力は優遇します。
• 中国語能力は尚可。
• Officeソフトウェアを円滑に使用できること。
