Location: Kadena Air Base, Okinawa
We are seeking retired Americans , and visa holders , or Japanese speakers with English proficiency who have experience in golf and customer service to join our team at Kadena Golf Course.
This dual-role position combines pro shop operations and starter duties to ensure smooth daily play and excellent customer experiences.
Greet and assist customers, providing exceptional service.
Operate the POS system for tee times, rentals, and merchandise transactions.
Sell golf-related products and maintain an organized pro shop.
Act as course starter—manage tee times, monitor pace of play, and enforce course rules.
Support tournaments, events, and general course operations.
Some golf experience , with knowledge of golf rules and etiquette preferred.
Retail or customer service experience preferred.
English proficiency and Japanese conversational ability required.
Flexible schedule , including weekends and holidays.

週末・祝日勤務を含む柔軟な勤務スケジュール が可能な方。
