Our client is looking for a top-notch Law Clerk who has experience supporting counsel in legal matters that span corporate, commercial, real estate, employment, finance etc.
Required: ILCO certification
Required: 8+ years of corporate or In-house law clerk experience required. Comparable experience of corporate or commercial from an established law firm is equally desirable.
Required: 8+ years of supporting legal counsel through scheduling of meetings, drafting contracts, documents and agreements, maintaining files, managing corporate filings, reporting and preparing executive presentations.
Required: Excellent communication skills needed; verbal and written.
Required: A law clerk or paralegal certification from the Law Society of Ontario.
