We’re looking for an Atlassian Expert to join our team and provide top-notch support, administration, and consultation to improve our Atlassian tools’ functionality and workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize Atlassian Platforms : Customize Jira security schemes, fields, and configurations and tailor Confluence Spaces and Pages for optimal workflows.
• Drive Workflow Efficiency : Gather business requirements to refine Jira/Confluence setups, identify limitations, and implement improvements.
• Metrics & Reporting : Develop advanced dashboards, filters, and reports to provide users and leadership with actionable insights.
• Upgrades & Integrations : Oversee tool upgrades, infrastructure maintenance, and system migrations, integrating Atlassian products with other applications using REST APIs.

What You’ll Need:

• Technical Expertise : Strong background in Jira/Confluence support, including custom macros, JQL, and integrations with tools like Bitbucket, Crowd, and Bamboo.
• CI/CD and Automation : Understanding of CI/CD tools and processes, with experience in scripting (JavaScript, Groovy, Python) and REST API management.
• Cloud Knowledge : Familiarity with AWS, Azure Power Platform, cloud concepts, and database management experience (MySQL, Oracle).
• Financial Services Experience : Preferably in financial services, banking, or insurance industries.
• Stakeholder Management : Strong communication skills and confidence in supporting end-users and collaborating across multi-functional, international teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with networking, ServiceNow, SDLC methodologies, and Agile/SAFE principles.
• Knowledge of the Script Runner plugin and advanced customization skills for Jira/Confluence workflows.
• Familiarity with XML, HTML, CSS, and Atlassian Data Center administration.
