Key Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic partner between manufacturing operations and business leadership
Support process improvement, cost control, and operational efficiency initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align manufacturing goals with business objectives
Provide insights and recommendations based on production data and performance metrics
Requirements:
Experience in a manufacturing environment (medical device or precision manufacturing preferred)
Business-level Japanese (required)
Basic English is acceptable; internal communication is primarily in Japanese
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Work Style:
Almost fully remote (occasional on-site visits may be required)
Flexible working hours
