Job Description

We’re looking for a modern marketer who thrives at the intersection of creativity and technology. This isn’t your typical marketing automation role — we want someone who obsesses over how to reach fans in a changing landscape, experiments with the latest AI tools, and is always finding ways to make campaigns smarter, faster, and more engaging.
You’ll help us level up how we connect with fans: building personalized journeys, crafting high-impact email campaigns, running digital ad campaigns across Meta and Google, and designing content that makes people stop scrolling.
What You’ll Do
AI-powered marketing: Use AI tools daily to brainstorm, generate, test, and optimize content across channels.
Marketing automation: Build and manage customer journeys in Braze (and beyond), ensuring fans get the right message at the right time.
Digital advertising: Create, manage, and analyze campaigns on Meta, Google, and emerging platforms.
Creative support: Design and edit graphics, sales decks, and campaign visuals to support ticket sales, partnerships, and fan engagement.
Email marketing: Write, design, and schedule emails that feel fresh, relevant, and fun.
Trendspotting: Stay ahead of industry shifts — constantly testing new tactics, tools, and creative formats.
Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with sales, brand, and game-day teams to bring campaigns to life.
Website: Creating optimized web pages for campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of marketing experience (internships count — we care more about skills and drive).
Comfort working with AI tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, Canva AI, etc.) to accelerate output and ideas.
Experience with Braze or other marketing automation platforms.
Hands-on experience running Meta/Google ads.
Strong eye for design — comfortable editing graphics (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, or similar).
Solid writing chops — you know how to keep emails, captions, and ads punchy and persuasive.
Curious, proactive, and always learning (if you listen to marketing podcasts on your commute, you’ll fit right in).
Team player who can juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
