Role Description:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical System Analyst (TSA) to join the PCI Discovery Project team.
  
• The TSA will play a critical role in conducting a comprehensive technical analysis of the current and target state for card issuing and acquiring systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET development, SQL Server, and a deep understanding of cards and payments applications within the banking and financial domain.
  
• The TSA will be responsible for identifying compliance gaps, defining technical requirements, and contributing to the roadmap for achieving PCI 4.0 compliance.
  
• Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical AnalysisConduct in-depth technical analysis of the current state of card issuing and acquiring systems, including integration touchpoints with core banking systems.Identify gaps in compliance with PCI 4.0 standards and propose technical solutions to address them.Define and document the target state architecture for card systems, ensuring alignment with PCI 4.0 requirements.Requirements Gathering and DocumentationCollaborate with business stakeholders, application custodians, and technical teams to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
  
• Create detailed technical documentation, including system workflows, data flow diagrams, and integration points.System Deep Dive Perform a deep dive into existing card issuing and acquiring systems to understand their architecture, data flows, and dependencies.Analyze system performance, security, and scalability to identify areas for improvement.Collaboration and Stakeholder EngagementWork closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and compliance specialists, to ensure technical solutions meet business and regulatory requirements.Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.PCI Compliance RoadmapContribute to the development of a three-year roadmap for achieving PCI 4.0 compliance, including technical milestones and deliverables.Provide technical expertise to ensure proposed solutions align with industry best practices and standards.
  
• Competencies: Microsoft SQL Server 2019, Core .NET Technologies, SQL Server 2012 Reporting Services(SSRS), SQL Server 2012 Integration Services (SSIS)
  

Experience (Years): 6-8

Essential Skills:

• Technical Expertise 8 Years if experience
  
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET developmentsupport and SQL Server.Proficiency in analyzing and designing complex systems in the cards and payments domain.Solid understanding of card issuing, merchant acquiring, and payment processing systems.
  
• Domain Knowledge In-depth knowledge of banking and financial systems, particularly in the context of card applications and PCI compliance.Familiarity with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) and its technical requirements.
  
• Analytical and Problem-Solving SkillsAbility to perform detailed technical analysis and identify gaps in existing systems.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to propose innovative technical solutions.
  
• Project Experience Proven experience working on large-scale, time-sensitive projects in the banking or financial domain.Experience with compliance-driven projects, particularly those involving PCI standards, is highly desirable.
  

Desirable Skills:

• 8+ years of strong design, development experience using c#, .net core, Web API, angular/react, asp.net, mvc• 3+ years of strong development experience using sqlserver/oracle/sybase, complex procedures and SSIS/SSRS

• Working experience in financial domain

• Experience working with devops, source code management tools like git, svn, jira, ucd, jenkins.

• Experience working with Agile/Scrum/RAD development methodology

• Nice to have container based technologies like docker, kubernetes, openshift ,cloud platform and familiar with big-data and cloud based technologies

• Nice to have experience in setting application in Linux/Windows, IIS/nginx

• Nice to have working experience with APAC Regulatory Reporting

• Strong technical analytical skills to solve complex problem

• Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to work across functions and businesses
