Payroll & Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Payroll & Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing payroll for approximately 100 employees (mix of salaried and hourly) using ADP . You’ll ensure accurate and timely processing, maintain employee records, and handle related reporting.

Beyond payroll, you’ll be the go-to person for various administrative tasks, supporting our HR department with onboarding, documentation, and day-to-day office needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Process bi-weekly payroll in ADP for ~100 employees (hourly & salaried)
• Maintain and update payroll and employee records
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies
• Assist HR with onboarding, benefits administration, and employee documentation
• Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and correspondence

Qualifications:

• Proven payroll experience with ADP
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to take on varied tasks and support different departments???
