About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive, people-driven People & Culture Manager to lead our HR operations and help shape a thriving team culture. This is a hands-on, high-impact role supporting the entire employee lifecycle; from recruitment and onboarding to internal communications and team experience. You’ll work closely with leadership to ensure our people, values, and day-to-day processes scale with us as we grow.

Nous recherchons une Gestionnaire, Personnes et Culture proactive et centrée sur l’humain pour diriger les opérations RH et contribuer activement au développement d’une culture d’équipe forte et saine. Ce rôle polyvalent couvre l’ensemble du cycle de vie des employé(e)s; du recrutement à l’intégration, en passant par la communication interne et l’expérience employé(e). Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de direction pour vous assurer que nos valeurs, nos processus et notre culture grandissent avec l’entreprise.
