Job Description:

We are seeking a Product Manager to play a central role in shaping and driving product strategies at SEGA. This position involves working closely with internal teams to develop, launch, and grow products, with a strong focus on global expansion.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and manage product strategies and roadmaps
• Plan and execute product launches
• Formulate and implement growth measures for products
• Collaborate across teams with a focus on user-centric product development

Job Qualification:

• Experience in product strategy planning and roadmap development , ideally in the entertainment industry
• Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills
• Ability to think from the user’s perspective

Preferred Skills

• Experience in business development or growth hacking
• Overseas study or work experience
• Experience using English in a business setting
• Basic knowledge of UX/UI design

Language proficiency : Native Level Japanese (JLPT N) and Business Level english.
