Position Overview :

As a Product Owner at R Systems, you will play a key role in the full software development lifecycle, including the design, development, and deployment of high-quality applications. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will transform business requirements into efficient, scalable, and robust solutions, ensuring that our software products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, stakeholders) to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Drive execution of product roadmap with focus on payment integrations, localization, and messaging services .
• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team.
• Ensure product scalability, usability, and alignment with business objectives.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8–10 years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager .
• Strong knowledge of payment platform integrations, localization, and messaging services .
• Proven track record of working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
