Job Description

Primary responsibilities include: 

• Plan, execute, and oversee SAP implementation projects from start to finish.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and communication.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• 15-20+ years professional experience with 10 years of relevant experience in SAP project delivery.
• Should have worked on medium to large transformation projects and support projects in a multi-vendor environment
• Should have worked on SAP migration projects, Rise with SAP, Private cloud
• Agile knowledge explicitly is needed though it may be apart of Activate.
• Knowledge of cut over steps and Data migration is required
• Should be able to run the program independently.
• Should have experience in estimation as well as pre-sales.
• Strong experience in SAP Consulting, project management and Quality management.
• Highly effective verbal and written communication.
• Team management experience to guide individual consultants as well as collaborate with local and global team.
• Globally recognized project management certification is desired.
• Resource planning.
• Proactive to identify potential risks/ its mitigation plan.
• Good exposure on project governance reporting
