Job Description

About the Organisation

Our client is a global consultancy specialising in organisational culture, ethics, and behaviour. They work with multinational organisations to deliver culture change programmes that drive positive, long-lasting impact.

The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Support professional to work closely with the Project Director on a major culture change programme for a large Canadian multinational with offices across the country. The role will be based in Canada – ideally Vancouver or elsewhere on the West Coast within the same time zone.

This is a pivotal role supporting the coordination of a remote international team of consultants and academics, while liaising with senior internal stakeholders within the client organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on project support to the Project Director to ensure smooth delivery of the programme
  • Coordinate across international consultants, academic experts, and internal corporate stakeholders
  • Support project planning, timelines, reporting, and documentation
  • Manage logistics for in-person workshops and site visits in Canada
  • Contribute to internal communications, culture, and behaviour change activities as required
  • Take initiative to solve problems and ensure the project remains on track

The Ideal Candidate

  • Background in people, culture, behaviour or organisational change; candidates with strong internal communications experience will also be considered
  • Exceptionally organised, with proven ability to manage multiple moving parts in a complex environment
  • Agile and adaptable, with a solution-focused mindset and positive ‘can-do’ approach
  • Comfortable working autonomously while taking direction from the Project Director
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Flexible and professional approach to hybrid working

Requirements

  • Based in Canada, ideally Vancouver or the West Coast time zone
  • Willing to travel to client sites in Canada when required (typically every 1–2 months for 5–10 days)
  • Previous experience supporting large-scale culture, people, or organisational change programmes is an advantage

The Opportunity

This role offers the chance to play a key part in a major culture and behaviour change programme within a leading Canadian multinational. It is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to further develop their expertise in culture, people, and organisational change within a global consulting environment.

  • Start date: ASAP
  • Contract: Initial 6-month secondment, with potential for renewal

How to Apply

If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, please contact Madeleine @ The Work Crowd with an overview of your relevant experience and interest in the role.
