Job Description

Peters Excavating is looking for a General Labourer. This position is seasonal full time, until freeze up.

Responsibilities:

-Responsible for following the policies and procedures of Peters Excavating as set by the management team.
-Responsible for positively representing Peters Excavating.
-Responsible for participating in the Health and Safety Program.
-Responsible for proper care and maintenance of the building, property and assets.
-Responsible for the quality of worked performed.
-Responsible for participating in training sessions.

Requirements:

-Willing to work 10 to 12 hour days and Saturday when required.
-Equipment operator training would be an asset but not required.
-Equipment experience would be an asset but not required.
-Mechanical ability an asset but not required.
-Pre-Employment Drug and Alcohol testing.
-CSA/Approved Steel toed boots.

-Able to operate sledgehammers, bobcats, compactors, -concrete saw, jackhammers.

-Tight deadlines.
-Fast-paced environment.
