主な業務内容 / Responsibilities

新規顧客（大手B2Bを含む）の案件獲得に向けた営業活動
ダイレクトセールスリードと連携した提案活動および商談対応
既存顧客のアカウントマネジメント（契約更新、アップセル、関係構築）
営業パイプライン管理、CRM入力、契約関連の基本的なオペレーション
マーケティングやCSチームと密接に連携して案件推進を実行
Execute sales activities to acquire new customers, including large B2B accounts
Support proposals and negotiations in collaboration with the Direct Sales Lead
Manage existing accounts (renewals, upselling, relationship building)
Maintain sales pipeline, update CRM, and handle basic operations
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Customer Success teams

職務経験	3年以上

英語レベル	ビジネス会話レベル
日本語レベル	ネイティブ
最終学歴	大学卒：学士号
現在のビザ	日本での就労許可が必要です

スキル・資格

必須スキル / Requirements

3年以上の営業経験（B2B SaaS、フィンテック、リテールテックなど歓迎）
新規顧客開拓および商談推進の実績
顧客アカウントマネジメント経験
日本語ネイティブレベル、ビジネスレベルの英語（歓迎）
3+ years of sales experience (B2B SaaS, fintech, retail tech preferred)
Proven track record in new customer acquisition and deal execution
Account management experience
Native-level Japanese, business-level English (preferred)
