You will guide and mentor development teams, facilitate agile ceremonies, and remove impediments to ensure seamless project execution. 求められる経験
■Must have
・5+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in an agile leadership role (Scrum Master/PM).
・Deep understanding of agile/scrum methodologies with a focus on maximizing value (e.g., MVP).
・Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate a culturally diverse team.

■Nice to have
・Hands-on experience as a software engineer is a plus.
・Experience building new processes or project teams from scratch is a plus.

■Language skills
・Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
