About the Opportunity  

• Prepare, monitor and maintain operating budgets for all investment funds.
• Oversee fund-related expense allocations.
• Track and update internal systems with expense payments to benchmark against budgets.
• Maintain expenses policy and enhance operational controls, policies, and procedures to mitigate risk.
• Coordinate with Corporate Finance team to track inter-company transfers and serve as the primary contact.
• Provide support with fund launches, mergers, and terminations, particularly in creating and tracking fund launch and fund termination budgets.
• Ability to work with large datasets to produce useful output based on expense and/or budget analysis requests of stakeholders.
• Active involvement in reviewing and producing interim and annual financial statements & MRFPs and providing support during the annual audit.
• Support other functions of Fund Operations such as Tax and NAV Oversight, as needed.
• Establish strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Lead and/or contribute to critical operational and strategic projects.

About You  

• Working towards a professional designation, such as CPA, CFA, or CAIA, would be an asset.
• 3+ years of experience in asset management or fund administration.
• Experience working at a Fund Services Firm

Salary Range  
Up to $100K/Year
