Basic Builders, Inc. is a leading general contractor specializing in high-quality interior buildouts for commercial spaces. We’re seeking a skilled Finisher to join our dynamic team.

• Install trim, molding, baseboards, and other architectural details with precision.
• Paint, stain, or seal surfaces to meet design specifications and ensure durability.
• Perform minor repairs and touch-ups to ensure high-quality finishes.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
• Adhere to project timelines and quality standards while following safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a finisher in interior construction or remodeling.
• Proficiency in drywall finishing, painting, trim installation, and other finishing techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret design specifications.
• Own basic hand tools
• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with commercial interior build-outs.
• Knowledge of specialty finishes
