Airswift is looking for: Contract Administrator

Location: Fort McMurray, AB

Schedule: 4x3, 10h day shifts

Duration: 1-year contract

Key Accountabilities:

• Contract Lifecycle Management: Administer end-to-end contract processes including drafting, reviewing, executing, and maintaining contracts for goods and services in alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams such as Procurement, Legal, Operations, and HSE to ensure contract terms meet project needs
• Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Ensure all contracts adhere to corporate governance, industry standards, and applicable laws (e.g., AER, CER). Proactively identify and address contractual risks, liabilities, and obligations.
• Vendor Engagement & Performance Monitoring : Support contractors onboarding and maintain accurate records of contractual obligations. Monitor contractors performance and escalate issues to ensure service quality and delivery timelines are met.
• System & Data Integrity: Maintain accurate contract data within ERP systems (e.g., Ivalua, Maximo, OpenInvoice) and ensure timely updates to support reporting, audits, and projects decision-making.
• Continuous Improvement & Best Practices : Contribute to process optimization by identifying inefficiencies, recommending improvements, and supporting initiatives that enhance contract administration practices across the supply chain function.

What You Bring to the Role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field ; r elevant industry certifications (e.g., SCMP, CPIM) are an asset .
• Minimum 10 years of experience in contract administration within the energy, oil & gas, or industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and regulatory compliance, particularly in relation to A&D, HSE, and site access requirements .
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Ivalua, Maximo, Ariba…) and Microsoft Office Suite , with a focus on maintaining accurate contract data and reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills , with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships effectively .
