Position Overview


Depending on your experience, you will be involved in a range of responsibilities, including:

• New development and feature enhancement of core systems (e.g., contract, billing, and payment management)
  
  
• Design and development of new web services and APIs, including UI/UX improvements
  
  
• Backend API development and modification for mobile applications
  
  
• System planning for new business initiatives, requirement analysis, and QCD management
  
  
• Full-cycle involvement from system and infrastructure design through development, testing, and operations/maintenance
  
  
• Working in a hybrid internal/external development team structure, selecting the best technologies and team composition per project. You'll also participate in deciding tech stacks and architecture.
  
  

Work Environment

• Team Size: Approx. 30 members
  
  
• Technologies: AWS (ECS, Lambda, etc.), Docker, Laravel, Spring, Flutter, Terraform, Datadog
  
  
• Working Hours: 9:00-18:00 (flexible hours available); some overtime
  
  
• Work Style: 5-day workweek (weekends and national holidays off); 124 annual holidays; childcare and caregiving support systems available
  
  
• Location: Office near Ueno Station (Tokyo)
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in web system and API development (using PHP or Java)
  
  
• Experience developing in cloud environments
  
  
• Skills in designing with performance and scalability in mind
  
  
• Proactive problem-solver with a hands-on attitude toward improvement in team development
  
  
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new technologies
  
  

Preferred qualifications include:

• Knowledge of AWS
  
  
• Experience leading small teams
  
  
• Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines
  
  
• Background in energy-related system development

Annual Salary: ¥8,000,000 - ¥10,000,000
