This is a recruiting service that connects engineers and science students who are working hard on research with companies.

■About the Company

"The Power of Research to the Power of Mankind" is the company's purpose. They are trying to create a society where researchers can play a more active role by solving the problems that still exist in the research departments of universities, countries, and companies.

They have released several products in the research field one after another, including "LabBase Job Hunting," a service for new science graduates, "LabBase Reshoku," a mid-career recruiting service, and "LabBase Lab Search," a laboratory search service that connects you with laboratories.
They have completed a Series B round of funding in 2022, and the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry is also using this service, so this is an extremely interesting phase in terms of management foundation and the future potential of the service.

■Your Role
You will face the complex issues faced by the research field and promote all kinds of development with the services provided by the company.

■Responsibilities
・In this position, you will be primarily responsible for planning, designing and developing new features and products that utilize generative AI.
・Development will be carried out internally using Rust; Python is also acceptable.

■Development Flow
・Based on the company-wide strategy, each service is developed by a team.
・In the team to which you belong, authority is delegated and you are expected to work independently.

■Development Information
Server side:
- Languages: Rust / Python
- DB : MySQL / Amazon DynamoDB

Front-end:
- Language: TypeScript
- Framework: React
- Build system: Vite
- Design : figma

Infrastructure:
- Cloud: AWS
- Container : k8s / Docker
- Monitoring : Datadog, Grafana

Environment:
- Repository management : Github
- Documentation : Confluence, Google Docs
- Communication : Slack
- Task management : Jira
- Development method : Scrum

スキル・資格

■Required
・Active use of generative AI (GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
・Experience in web service development (level of experience designing entire systems on your own)
・Technical flexibility (not bound to a specific language or methodology)
・Ability to proactively take ownership.
・Ability to communicate in Japanese, with N2 as a general guideline.
・Familiarity with one of the following languages
- Rust, Python, C/C++, TypeScript
・Experience creating prototypes of features and products that utilize generative AI

■Preferred
・Experience in operating functions and products that utilize generative AI
・Experience in running improvement cycles while listening to users and being aware of their experience
・Experience in leading multiple engineers to drive projects
