Job Description

Job Qualification:

  • Languages: C, C++
  • Knowledge of telephones (analog, ISDN, fiber optic) and fax
  • Ability to take an interest in developing and troubleshooting the above technical fields, and to proactively work on catching up on our company's products that have been in development for a long time since their initial development.
  • Experience in support work in the technical fields listed above (including call centers, in-house systems departments, etc.)
  • Handling Windows applications using MFC (experience in analysis is a plus)
  • Handling InstallShield-related scripts (experience in analysis is a plus)
  • Knowledge of the Java language, Asterisk, and PBX

Language skills: Fluent level Japanese (JLPT N1) and Business English level
