Adecco is currently hiring a full-time experienced and dynamic
Technical Writer to join our team and play a key role in supporting organizational change and technology adoption. In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver impactful learning experiences while translating complex technical content into clear, user-friendly materials. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team to ensure effective knowledge transfer and user adoption.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct training needs assessments in collaboration with the OCM and business stakeholders.
- Design learning strategies, training curricula, and delivery plans aligned with project milestones.
- Develop and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training tailored to diverse audiences.
- Create persona-based micro-learning, end-user documentation, quick reference guides, eLearning modules, job aids, and process walkthroughs.
- Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Continuously refine materials based on feedback and lessons learned.
- Translate technical requirements, workflows, and system functionality into clear, user-friendly documentation.
- Standardize content formatting, templates, and language to align with organizational standards.
- Ensure version control and accessibility of training materials.
- Partner with the OCM to engage leaders, subject matter experts, and impacted users.
- Communicate training objectives, timelines, and expectations clearly.
- Act as a trusted advisor for end-users, incorporating their feedback into materials and delivery.
- Support the OCM in reinforcing new behaviors and practices post-training.
- Monitor training effectiveness through surveys, feedback, and adoption metrics.
- Recommend and implement continuous improvements to training programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design, technical writing, or learning and development, ideally in technology projects.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, change management, and training evaluation models (e.g., Kirkpatrick).
- Proficiency with eLearning tools (Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond) and collaboration platforms (MS Teams, SharePoint, Confluence).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Experience with ERP, SaaS, or other enterprise technology projects is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Works seamlessly with the OCM, project team, and business leaders.
- Adjusts quickly to project changes, priorities, and feedback.
- Produces clear, concise, and engaging learning content.
- Engages learners and stakeholders in a confident and approachable manner.
- Focused on outcomes, adoption, and business value.
- Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
