Job Description
Appealing Points: - Extensive hands-on experience in Workday HCM modules Over 5 years of experience across multiple modules such as Core HR, Compensation, Recruitment, Benefits, with at least 2 full-cycle Workday implementation projects.
- Strong communication skills bridging business and IT Ability to gather detailed business requirements and translate them into technical solutions, communicating fluently in both Japanese and English to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Advanced technical expertise and problem-solving abilities Proficient in various Workday technologies including EIB, Advanced Report Writer, XML/XSLT, and experienced in end-to-end project phases from design to post-production support and troubleshooting.
Annual Salary :12 million and above
Responsibilities:

- Interaction with Business & IT to gather information and provide the solution/resolve critical issues.
- Meeting with business/client teams to discuss business requirements and objectives.
- Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies to solving business problems.
- Ability to work with senior business partners, capture detailed requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
Job Qualification:
- Should be able to communicate in English and Japanese (Mandatory)
- Should possess knowledge on Japanese HR policies and processes (Mandatory)
- Proficient in analyzing and translating business requirements to technical/Functional requirements
- He will be involved in providing testing support for Integrations and support activities related to Workday Application Maintenance and Support
- Interface with key stakeholders and apply their Workday HCM domain and technical proficiency across different stages of the project including Requirements Elicitation, Design, Build and Deployment of solutions.
- Possess 5 years or more experience in at least three Workday HCM Modules (Core HR, Compensation, Recruitment, Benefits, Talent Management, Payroll, Time & Absence/Adaptive)
- Possess more than 5 years of experience in Workday technologies - Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Advanced Report Writer, Cloud Connect (PICOF, PECI, CCW, CCB), Business Process Framework, Configurable Security, Calculated Fields, Custom fields, XML/XSLT, Studio, BIRT Reporting & data analytics
- At least 2 full cycle experience of Workday implementation or rollout projects.
- Strong experience with leading Workday Managed Services Program.
- Strong hands-on experience in analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of Workday HCM solutions
- Good understanding of inbound outbound integrations and data flows with third party systems
- Experience in postproduction support, including, but not limited to, researching, and resolving system problems, unexcepted results or process flaws. Recommends solutions or alternate methods to meet business objectives
- Monitoring Daily support activities and ensuring the logged issues are resolved. Experience in troubleshooting data issues corrections
Japanese languages: Business level Japanese (N2) and business level English required.
