Clinical Research Coordinator II - Metabolic Exercise Science
Overview:
Seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator II with expertise in Metabolic Exercise Science to manage and support clinical trials and research studies. This role involves participant recruitment, consent, biospecimen coordination, and ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead informed consent process and participant recruitment for metabolic exercise-related studies.
Screen patients, assess eligibility, and manage follow-up care.
Coordinate biospecimen collection and maintain HIPAA-compliant databases.
Collaborate with research nurses, labs, and hospital departments to ensure protocol adherence.
Support data entry, protocol development, and serve as primary contact for study stakeholders.
Implement SOPs and maintain compliance with clinical research standards.
Monitor project budgets and promote cost-effective resource use.
Required Skills:
Experience in Metabolic Exercise Science research.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and understanding of HIPAA regulations.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Healthcare Administration, Research, or related field (no experience required)
OR Associate's with 2 years of experience
OR Allied health certificate with 4 years of clinical research or healthcare experience.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $64480.00 - $72800.00/yr.
