Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
1. Structural Demolition: Execute controlled demolition of structures using various tools and machinery. 2. Safety Compliance: Adhere to strict safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and your team. 3. Material Handling: Efficiently and safely handle and dispose of debris, salvaging materials whenever possible. 4. Equipment Operation: Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, and jackhammers with precision and care. 5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with a team of demolition professionals to achieve project goals and deadlines. 6. Site Preparation: Assist in site preparation activities, including securing the work area and implementing safety measures.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in demolition or related field preferred. - Certifications: Possession of relevant certifications and licenses (e.g., OSHA 10/30, demolition certifications) is a plus. - Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions. - Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to solve problems and adapt to changing circumstances. - Team Player: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. - Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and precision in executing demolition tasks.
